Bradford Animation Festival 2013 Is On Sale Now

We’ve been teasing you with festival guest updates over the past few months and you’ve all been very patient, so now it’s time to reward you with the announcement of the full BAF 2013 programme, which is now on sale.

This year’s festival runs from 12 – 16 November 2013 and we can’t wait for you to join us for our 20th anniversary edition. Over the course of 5 wonderfully autumnal days (bring scarves and gloves), we will present the best guests, events and screenings from the worlds of animation and gaming. You will be in the esteemed company of amazing animators, game designers, producers, illustrators, film-makers and the festival attendees who make BAF what it is.

Our guest list is a veritable cornucopia of animation and gaming delights including Australian animation legend Adam Elliot, gaming legend Warren Spector, the amazing Czech queen of animation Michaela Pavlatova, illustrator and film-maker Dave McKeanAdam Buxton and special guest Cyriak presenting a BUG animation special, Tomb Raider Senior Art Director Brian Horton, Dishonored Visual Design director Viktor Antonov, political cartoonist Steve Bell and other panellists discussing the legacy of Bob GodfreyMackinnon and Saunders as recipients of the 2013 Lifetime Achievement Award, and many more wonderful events and guests.

This year’s fabulous ident was designed by long time friend of the festival Joanna Quinn. I hope you like it – we love it!

Tickets and passes are now on sale with early bird rates available until 18th October.
